anyway.. saya hanya makan ubat tahap migraine tu dh teruk – sampai rasa nk muntah..

normally saya akan minum teh o tarik without sugar banyak2 n rest in quite dark place..

err.. saya tak berapa suka minum air yg colourless.. entah.. just tak suka.. tu yg suka minum teo o tarik without sugar.. kira minum air kosong le tu..
